Why don't doctors use chemo on themselves?

Use this link to see more on why doctors don't use chemo on themselves or their loved ones.

If a doctor won't use chemo then why should we?

Being harrassed in the emergency room

In August of 2010 my mother was at Scarborough General Hospital with water in her lungs.

Some East Indian lady (We are East Indian) came to my mom and told her she shouldn't waste the hospital's time. She told my mom to go home.

How dare this off the boat piece of shit tell my mother such a thing. What was that lady doing in the emergency room? Maybe she was wasting the hospital's time.

I did speak to a hospital manager. I was told an investigation would be done. I never heard back from the manager.

I will have to find her name and call her to see what was found or not found.

Cancer did finally kill my mother but it had help

The cancer in my mother's body did kill her in the end but if my mom wasn't so weak in the end she might have survived the hospital visit to continue to do her chemo.

I've heard of people much older thant 72 that have cancer and live many more years.

Money does make a difference. If we could have paid to have her taken care of at home and kept her happy she might have survived.

You can always push doctors and nurses to do things but if they have other patients then they can only give you so much attentions.

We could have full time nurses stay with my mom to make sure everything that could have been done was done. If my mom was at home with us we could have been with her most of the time. The nurse would care for her when we couldn't pay attention.

She would have lived. I know it and I won't allow anyone to tell me different.
